Under stress a plant spends considerable energy synthesising amino acids — energy that would otherwise go into growth and fruit set. Farboost supplies those amino acids ready-made so recovery is quicker. The amino acids are plant-derived and obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis rather than acid hydrolysis.
